WHOLESALE MATTRESS PURCHASE: Terms and Conditions
Our goal is to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. Please be sure to read through the following information carefully. All mattress sales are final and cannot be returned. At the time of delivery, please look over your merchandise. Please indicate any issues on the delivery form that you sign. Easy Elegance Wholesale Linens Company must receive payment before processing the order.
MINIMUMS & SHIPPING CHARGES
There are NO MINIMUMS. For orders less than 12 pieces, there is a $100 handling fee. For purchases less than the minimum, please feel free to call our knowledgeable staff for more information or check the prices on Easy Elegance Linens.
We can strategically ship, track and deliver your products from one of our 23 locations nationwide to your location. Our mattress pricing includes free delivery to most commercial areas of the United States. Residential Deliveries do include an additional fee, but is "White Glove" service, which includes delivery. set up and removal of your old mattress, if needed. Manufacturer delivery dates are estimates and you will be called the day before deliver; appointment deliveries can be provided for a fee.
Warranties on mattresses are handled directly through the manufacturer. All warranties are to the original purchaser and must be accompanied by a sales receipt. If you have any questions on who to contact about a manufacturer’s warranty, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to assist you.
Forms of Payment
Easy Elegance Wholesale Linens Company accepts credit cards, ACH and wire transfers. Checks, checks by fax, Cashier’s Checks or money orders are accepted but must be received and cleared by the bank prior to processing your order.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS & INFORMATION
- Free deliveries can only be made to commercial addresses (a building with a sign, in a commercial zone). Locations that are residential, rural or difficult for a tractor trailer will be delivered on a smaller truck for a small fee. Easy Elegance Wholesale Linens Company reserves the right to charge a delivery fee or refuse delivery to difficult delivery locations.
- When your order is en route, we will notify you the afternoon before delivery with an approximate delivery window. There is no guarantee of the time of delivery, as it depends on the delivery schedule for that day.
- Failure to be available during the confirmed delivery time frame may result in a delivery fee once rescheduled.
- Commercial Address Deliveries: The driver will take mattresses off the truck, but the customer is responsible for moving them inside. All mattresses and foundations are shipped in protective bags.
- Residential Address Deliveries: "White Glove" - There is a shipping/handling fee, but includes shipping, set up, and removal of the old mattress is included.
- MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT ALL MERCHANDISE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY! Any damage to merchandise at time of delivery or pick up MUST be recorded in writing on the delivery or pick up slip. Any damages without such record will NOT be eligible for exchange.
Refusal of Delivery (Non-Specified Reason)
- If you refuse an order without notifying Easy Elegance Wholesale Linens Company of any damage or manufacturer defects, WLC will reach out to you over a period of no more than 2 days requesting a reason for refusal. If contact cannot be made within 2 business days from the date the order was refused, the order will default to our Non-Damage & Non-Defect Return Policy at which time you will be automatically charged round trip shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee and the order will be returned. If the item you refused falls under the custom made category, no refund will be issued.
ORDER CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY
- Mattresses are ordered directly from the manufacturer where they quickly enter production and are shipped. Because we work diligently to make sure that your order is processed and sent to the manufacturer as soon as possible, orders may be canceled within 1 business day from when the order was placed. Any requests to cancel an order outside of 1 business day will be subject to our standard return policy.
- Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please be advised that it could take your credit card company an additional 1-2 business days for your refund to be reflected on your billing statement.
