SERTA Mattress Purchase - Terms and Conditions
Our goal is to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. Please be sure to read through the following information carefully. All mattress sales are FINAL and cannot be returned. At the time of delivery, please inspect your merchandise. If your order is not acceptable, PLEASE REFUSE DELIVERY. If you notice an issue after delivery, please report this to Easy Elegance Linens by email no later than 10 DAYS after delivery and include pictures. We cannot guarantee any refunds on merchandise that has not been been reported within the ten day window. Easy Elegance Wholesale Linens Company must receive payment before processing the order.
MINIMUMS & SHIPPING CHARGES
There are NO MINIMUMS. We offer tiered discounts for purchasing multiple sets.
We can strategically ship, track and deliver your products from one of our 27 locations nationwide to your location. Our mattress pricing includes FREE DELIVERY to most commercial and residential areas of the United States. Residential Deliveries are "White Glove" service, which includes delivery, set up, and removal of your old mattress, if needed. Commercial Deliveries are by tractor-trailer and the driver will only take the mattresses off the truck.
Warranties on mattresses are handled directly through the manufacturer. All warranties are to the original purchaser and must be accompanied by a sales receipt. If you have any questions on who to contact about a manufacturer’s warranty, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Forms of Payment
Easy Elegance Wholesale Linens Company accepts credit cards, ACH and wire transfers. Checks, checks by fax, Cashier’s Checks or money orders are accepted but must be received and cleared by the bank prior to processing your order.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS & INFORMATION
DUE TO COVID: PLEASE ALLOW 5-8 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY.
- Residential Deliveries are "White Glove" service, which includes delivery, set up, and removal of your old mattress, if needed. When your order arrives at the tractor-trailer hub, you will be contacted to make an appointment.
- Commercial Deliveries can only be made to commercial addresses (a building with a sign, in a commercial zone). Locations that are rural or difficult for a tractor trailer will be delivered on a smaller truck for a small fee. Easy Elegance Wholesale Linens Company reserves the right to charge a delivery fee or refuse delivery to difficult delivery locations.
- When your order is en route, we will notify you prior to delivery with an approximate delivery window. There is no guarantee of the time of delivery, as it depends on the delivery schedule for that day.
- The driver will take mattresses off the truck, but the customer is responsible for moving them inside. All mattresses and foundations are shipped in protective bags.
- Failure to be available during the confirmed delivery time frame may result in a delivery fee once rescheduled.
- MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT ALL MERCHANDISE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY! Any damage to merchandise at time of delivery or pick up MUST be recorded in writing on the delivery or pick up slip. Any damages without such record will NOT be eligible for exchange or return.
- If you notice an issue after delivery, please report this to Easy Elegance Linens by email no later than 10 DAYS after delivery and include pictures.
Refusal of Delivery (Non-Specified Reason)
- If you refuse an order without notifying Easy Elegance Wholesale Linens Company of any damage or manufacturer defects, we will reach out to you over a period of no more than 2 days requesting a reason for refusal. If contact cannot be made within 2 business days from the date the order was refused, the order will automatically be returned to the factory. Refunds will be determined on an individual basis. If the item you refused falls under the custom made category, no refund will be issued.
ORDER CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY
- All mattresses are made to order. They are ordered directly from the manufacturer where they quickly enter production and are shipped. Because we work diligently to make sure that your order is processed and sent to the manufacturer as soon as possible, orders may be canceled within 2 business days from the time the order was placed. Any requests to cancel an order outside of 2 business days may be denied if the order is already in production.
- Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please be advised that it could take your credit card company an additional 1-2 business days for your refund to be reflected on your billing statement.
- All mattresses are made to order. Mattresses CANNOT BE RETURNED unless damaged, which would be identified at the time of delivery or would be covered under the Serta Warranty. Please read Delivery Instructions for more information.
