RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Easy Elegance Wholesale Linens Company is pleased to take back or replace, at our discretion, items with defects without restocking charges. If the item is not defective we charge up to 20% restocking fee (this depends on the factory, some factories are higher) and the customer is responsible for shipping the product back and paying the shipping charges. 


Products cannot be returned beyond 7 business days after receipt of goods. Customer must obtain authorization before returning product in writing, so we can determine where to ship the product.  We will then issue you an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization Number) with instructions including the return address location to return the products. Please allow 1-3 business days for your RGA# to be generated and sent to you via email. Do not assume all products came from our offices as we drop ship many products from other locations. If you ship the product to our offices and we have to reroute the shipment to its original location, additional freight charges must be paid by the customer.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Returned items must be in new, and unused, and unwashed condition. No returns on used or laundered merchandise under any circumstances as they cannot be resold. 

  • Returns must contain all pieces in each case/bale and be packed in the original packaging.

  • No returns on broken case orders, samples, custom ordered products, or products described as irregular, seconds or any condition other than first quality

  • If any product has been shipped out of the continental USA no return authorization will be granted even within the 7 day grace.

  • Freight Line Products: All shipments damaged during the shipping process should be refused. Please inspect all packages thoroughly before acceptance. If you accept goods damaged during shipping there is no way to return the goods for a refund.

  • Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your RGA number.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days after receipt for your credit to show up on your account.
